Your site visit checklist

A site visit tells you things a brochure cannot. Use this checklist on your next visit.

1. Ask for the RERA registration and approved plans.
2. Check the access road in both directions.
3. Look at sun direction and views from each level.
4. Ask about water source and power backup.
5. Walk the neighbourhood.
6. Check distances to the airport, beach and markets yourself.
7. Ask about maintenance and management.
8. Understand the payment schedule.
9. Ask who designs and who builds.
10. Visit twice if you can, once in the evening.
